a little much of a process to access but not the worst

I bought 2 tickets here and to my surprise I had to stand in line to get the paper tickets./ their tics do not scan at the check in.. I had to stand in line for over 2 hours to get in.. their site do not mention about this and it was a total disappointment for me and my friend

It was a waste of money! A pathetic attempt to create something, I can't identify what was supposed to be. The advertising is false as nothing there resembles any of the country the advertisement had. Some parts of the ballons did not work! A shameful rip off!

The global winter wonderland was wonderful. It took a little time at the ticket counter to get our tickets but not a big problem. The site was easy to navigate. Tickets were exactly what I wanted and we had a great time!

It was nice and there were a lot of rides, but it was almost all outdoors and it was 39 degrees. There were no heaters anywhere. It was too cold to stay and do much there, but had there been heaters that we could have stood by while the kids rode the rides and played games, we would have stayed much longer.

My family and I enjoyed the Winter Wonderland. The light displays were beautiful and amazing! The rides were fun and the ball pit was a family favorite.

it SUCKED & was a complete waste of money! You can drive by pretty lights for free in your warm car, so NOT bother as this is a costly scam & joke

I am requesting full refund for false advertisement. Add said all carnival rides were includeed in the price of entry ,which was untrue. Very dissatisfied.

Beyond sucked and was a complete and total misleading ripoff. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE who doesn't have money to waste bother squandering their holiday with this rubbish. From I-15 it looks interesting. Walking through it with just the severely overpriced general admission ticket is a JOKE! As we went to pick up our tickets and learned our $26 or so each (price WITH discount) covered ONLY admission to walk around in the freezing cold and NO RIDES & NO SHOWS were still going I asked for a refund BEFORE we even picked the tickets up. None were given & I completely wasted $110+ dollars to have my children bored, disappointed, freezing & all of us think inking we would have been better off at home not bothering. STUPID STUPID STUPID at BEST!
