The light display was magical for our grandchildren. The large lighted trees and ornaments are very nice. They enjoyed the 12 days of Christmas display. The shows by the grandstand area were well done by talented acrobats.

Needs better communication, for example there weren't many rides for the little kids. That can easily be communicated on the website but it wasn't.

The Global Winter Wonderland itself was fantastic. This is the third year my family has gone and we still love it. BUT - the tickets purchased through Rush49 were a problem. The tickets I printed from the web site could not be scanned at the gate. It was a big hassle. We did eventually get in and the tickets were honored, but the gate people kepy my printed copies. What if I had relied on my phone for the copies? We would have had nothing to give the gate to keep. We will definitely go to Global Winter Wonderland again next year, but I won't be using Rush49.

Our tickets were invalid n we had to find another means for all of us to get in. It was horrible n embarrassing let alone extra costly. I have requested a refund. The merchant said they have no agreement with Rush 49 n told me to get my money back.
