Amy Bond and Maxine Anderson opened Glass Ceiling at the tail end of the Delta era of Covid. Two years into social isolation and heightened global uncertainty, Max and Amy tried a rage, loved it and thought "Why doesn't this exist in San Francisco!?" Two months later, they had developed partnerships with local wineries, breweries and e-waste recycling centers for sustainable smashing and breaking. They opened in November 2021 and have since hosted hundreds of rages for people from all over the world - all sharing the human thirst for smashing stuff in a thoughtful way.
