This military boot camp-inspired 5k is strewn with the toughest barbed wire crawls, towering wall climbs and various other extreme physical challenges to test your strength and stamina. Competitors of all ages and fitness levels (over 10 years old) are encouraged to attempt this gritty course to the best of their abilities. Get pumped as you adorn yourself with your G.I. Dash free dog tags and go full force to give this adrenaline-inducing race all you've got! With proceeds going towards the Semper Fi Fund to aid injured Marines, you should have plenty of inspiration to fuel your fire.

The G.I. Dash is a 5k race is modeled after the challenges found on real U.S. Military, boot camp obstacle courses. From 7-foot-high wall climbs to low, barbed wire crawls, this competition is sure to test the physical endurance of competitors of all skill levels. The course is located minutes from the beautiful town of Centreville, and utilizes the varying terrain of the natural hills of the sccenic countryside. The race takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Waves take off every hour. A portion of the proceeds go toward the Semper Fi Fund for injured Marines.
