Prepare to travel into a fantasy world of pop culture unlike anything you have ever experienced before. GalaxyFest is a 3-day, non-stop celebration of eclectic arts and pop culture with interesting twists that never quit. This February 1st - 3rd celebrities, vendors, actors, artists and authors from Colorado Springs to the end of the earth come to represent genres such as comics, steampunk, sci-fi, anime and more. You will find shows, panels, photography sessions, autograph sessions, interactive displays and a great time for everyone. On Saturday you can expect the cosplayers to be out in full force ready to rock the fest as they compete in the annual cosplay contest. Friday & Saturday night, for those 18+ there will nightly activities featuring lingerie, burlesque, kilt blowing, bands, DJs, dancers and a bar for those 21+. Come enjoy the only comic con, sorta, in Colorado Springs that rocks around the clock while you, and your family, proclaim your inner geek.

Was not impressed at all compared to previous years. Was really looking forward to seeing a lot more intertainment in costume. The layout was difficult to navigate if more than one person was standing at a booth in the hall. This will be my last year unfortunately. Used to be my favorite geek get together not so much any more :(

Event communication was poor, vendor area was too small, panels were sparse. Event was over-priced for what you got.
