If the last time you yelled "Food Fight!" was as a youngster, grab admission to The Food Fight 5K and you'll be screaming those words all day! This fun-for-all event gives you--and the kids--the chance to stay fit while having the time of your lives. Walk, run or dance your way around the 5K course, where, at every kilometer you'll be drenched in "food"-food-grade powders mixed with water, plus spaghetti (spaghetti is EXPIRED. Still safe- just not able to be sold or donated)., of course! and face the most fun you've had in a long time. End the un-timed fun run at the Human Car Wash where you'll be soaked in foam and ready to get the after-party started, with music, dancing, food, drinks, and the Ooblek Walk - The Food Fight's signature challenge!

The Food Fight 5K is the next generation of fun runs, combining the health benefits of running with the pure joy of getting messy and helping local food banks! This five-kilometer un-timed race sees thousands of participants covered head to toe in different "foods" along the way, including spaghetti & sauce, mashed potatoes, chocolate, and flour--but don't worry these "foods" are just colored powders mixed with water. After you've run, walked or danced your way along the course, stop in at the Human Car Wash where you'll be refreshed, revitalized and ready to celebrate at the best post-5k party around!
