Bored of running the same old roads? The Folsom Lake Southside Trail Run opens up a whole new world for you beyond paved surfaces. The run takes place at Folsom Lake on the American River in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California, about 25 miles northeast of Sacramento. The trail parallels Folsom Lake, oak trees, lush green grass, nice scenery, views of Folsom Lake, the surrounding foothills, and the snowcapped Sierra Mountains.

• Bib Pick-Up/Registration will take place on race day
• Detailed course descriptions and maps are available here
• Plenty of parking is available for this event, however carpooling is encouraged as there is a day-use fee
• Multiple, fully loaded, aid stations will be open throughout the course
• Runners may purchase a Troy’s California Trail Runs sport-tek technical fabric shirt during the registration process, or at the event supply permitting
