The certified personal trainers and former military personnel of Extreme Boot Camp put your health and fitness first and stressing proper form, technique, and safety. They will be happy to modify your workouts so that any pre-existing injuries don't prevent you from attaining your goals now.
Plus, they want you to go for an all out attack on flab but not without realistic encouragement and support. It all starts with evaluating your current fitness to gauge your shape, so you can see how much you've achieved when you finish!. You'll be surrounded by supportive instructors and other team members who, just like you, want to make dramatic changes in their physical and mental well-being.
