This is the season to be healthy! It's that time of year again, and while everybody loves a good holiday feast, you want your turkey to be stuffed, not you. This season The Do Or Dye Color Run 5k, makes staying fit through the figgy pudding fun for everyone! A true festival of color, this fun run features vivid color packets that bring a little cheer to your run. Along the way you'll find optional Crossfit Workout of the Day (WOD) stations for those who want to take their game to the next level. All fitness levels and body types are welcome! The race is not officially timed and everyone who finishes gets a runners medal. You'll get a taste of the encouraging and supportive crossfit community, all at your own pace. Because good health is for every body. But that's not all! Every runner will be supplied with an extra bag of color, an event T-shirt, and a schwag bag of goodies. And true to the spirit of the season, a portion of the proceeds will go to support local charities. So this year, give back to your community and your body with the Do or Dye 5K Color Run!
