Munich is coming to Maryland in a Bavarian Beer Bash that would make Germany proud. Strap on your favorite Lederhosen or Drindl and head down to National Harbor, where you and your friends will get a taste for German culture with live Oompah bands, dancers, street performers, German street foods, carnival rides, and more. Enjoy unlimited beer, wine, and schnapps samples, as well as German party games and competitions. Join a tricycle race, costume contest, or Fingerhalkn (finger wrestling) competition, and play various carnival games that'll tickle your inner child. Watch the best of the best in a Bier Stein Holding Contest, Bier Stroh (straw) Trinkt contest, Best Beer Belly competition, and Miss Oktoberfest. All day activities will be soundtracked by live bands such as Kelly Bell Band, Super Bueno, 3AM Tokyo, and even a wandering accordionist. German native or curious beer enthusiast, you'll end your weekend with the declaration, "Bier Ist Wunderbar!"
