They've got over 35+ obstacles this year - that's more than double what most obstacle runs can boast! And this race is not for the faint of heart: high intensity and super charged the whole way through, anyone can participate at his or her own level. Choose to be timed and compete for trophies, gift bags and free entry to the next event, or choose to run un-timed and just enjoy yourself! Kids as young as 10 can even run in the Children's Course, and everyone will come together for food, fun, music and the awards ceremony at the after party. You'll go home with new friends, new stories, and new-found pride!

The Courage Challenge Mud Run was designed by Ralph Avallone, a Course Consultant ranked 19th in the World. This no-holds-barred, high impact course boasts everything from swimming to scaling walls to tackling rope climbs to jumping and crawling through mud pits. Heats are limited in size to avoid traffic and make sure everyone has the best possible experience. As if that weren't all great enough, proceeds from the Courage Challenge Mud Run go to benefit Hibiscus Children's Center and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes!
