Unbelievably easy to navigate. I am not very IT-savy but even I could do this multi-tickets transaction. A bit skeptical at first but after I printed the tickets, our group presented ourselves at the ticket entrance at Orlando Eye with absolutely no delays. A lot of money saved for our group.

It was sort of interesting. Worth doing once I guess. Be sure to go to the bathroom before you get in because it does not stop, even to load and unload people... (it does rotate VERY slowly, however)

It was a little weird the way the purchase page was set up but the price was really good. However when I got to the eye the man behind the counter said that Rush 49 tickets where hard to enter in so please be patient. It did take a while but for the savings it was great.

This seemed to good to be true and it was. I went with a family of 6 and purchased the tickets since everyone else already had one. When we went to the counter, the person told us to download and email it to them for they can print it. The problem was the link didnā??t download, an error page kept popping up. Then 2 other people tried to help us and still same issue. They told me they always have this issue with your company. After 15 minutes they told me to call your company customer Service number for help and Ofcourse you guys are closed. Then after another half and hour after that, a manager came and managed to take a picture of the barcodes and sent us on our way because she must of felt bad having us there for so long. What and embarrassment to my family for having them wait for almost an hour just because I used your website to try and save some money. Never again !!

Easy process on the website, the only thing is that it caused a bit of a problem to the ticket center in the Coca Cola Eye, they have to send my confirmation email to their email then print the receipt and then they gave me the tickets, all of that could be resolved with a bar code that they could use.
