Is mud in your blood? Enter the annual Caveman Crawl and get messy with your fellow wild men and women as you climb ropes, wade through muddy pits and prove once and for all who's the ultimate caveman! This not-to-be-missed adventure race will have you and your friends running, jumping, climbing, and crawling along the 5K course, and if you're a glutton for punishment, enter the DualSport division to take on a gruelling 8-mile mountain bike ride right after your run. Have cavekids? They have their very own course, which will get them messy and keeping fit, all while having loads of fun. And after everyone has raced, enjoy the rest of the day with great music, tasty food and games that entertain.

About

Now in its fourth year, the annual Caveman Crawl provides a fun and challenging race with obstacles at every turn. Participants can expect to climb cargo net climbs, wade through mud pits and even cycle an extra 8 miles by entering the DualSport division. Kids are also given a chance to get their caveman on, with a mile and quarter-mile course that give little ones a taste of fun and fitness. Finisher medals are given to all those that make it to the end of the course, with prizes awarded to adult participants who cross the finish line at the top of their age divisions.
