Cardio Barre's revolutionary program is designed to burn calories like no other barre-based, yoga or Pilates class. Unlike Cross Fit, running and boot camps, our no-impact exercises lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles as you're burning fat and increasing your balance and coordination. Barre work, light weights and resistance exercises for torso, arms, butt and legs sculpt and elongate your body. Exercisers are losing up to 5% body fat in 8 weeks' time.
