If I could give this zero stars I would. This is a horrible service you call and ask questions and they neglect to tell you the most useful information which is when they are actually open. I specifically asked about availability and was told it can only be provided with a voucher number. At no point did the asshole that answered the phone ever say we donâ€™t start until May. I wanted to do this for my birthday this month April 20 so had she told me that I would not have booked and called back to reserve. Itâ€™s not mentioned anywhere on their website and even the next person I talked to sai she doesnâ€™t like that the company doesnâ€™t make that know itâ€™s a classic bait and switch. Horrible customer service save your money or use another company that gives a shit about the customers spending good money to jump with them.
