If I could give this zero stars I would. This is a horrible service you call and ask questions and they neglect to tell you the most useful information which is when they are actually open. I specifically asked about availability and was told it can only be provided with a voucher number. At no point did the asshole that answered the phone ever say we don�??t start until May. I wanted to do this for my birthday this month April 20 so had she told me that I would not have booked and called back to reserve. It�??s not mentioned anywhere on their website and even the next person I talked to sai she doesn�??t like that the company doesn�??t make that know it�??s a classic bait and switch. Horrible customer service save your money or use another company that gives a shit about the customers spending good money to jump with them.
