Pastry tasting, celebrity demos, and hands-on workshops are just a few of the ingredients that make up this scrumptious festival. You'll receive top tips and baking advice, learn new skills, and become the ultimate host for your holidays. With plenty to buy and try, you'll go home with a full belly - and maybe even an autographed book or two. Meet master chefs and bakers, learn from the best and taste what they have to offer. The icing on the cake might be watching an artisan baker decorate a dazzling cake, or watching your child's face light up with joy at the dessert-filled wonderland laid out in front of their eyes.

Learning opportunities at the festival includes hands-on classes with top cake decorators and bakers, a Make & Take station where you can try new skills and bring home your creation, and classroom-style demos and seminars that cover everything from baking business to sugar craft. Shopping opportunities feature all the latest in baking and cake decorating supplies, tools, books, appliances and more, plus trendy and rare party supplies. The Makers Marketplace is full of the most delicious baked goods and treats - so arrive hungry. The whole Expo is kid friendly. In fact, kids under 8 are free and there is even a Kids Camp.
