Proof of vaccination can be in the form of the CDC card, a clear photocopy of this card, or a clear mobile phone photo. NOTE: Blue Man Group New York will also accept the NYS Excelsior Pass Wallet App.

Proof of vaccination must show the following:

• Ages 5-11: That you have completed your 1st dose of your vaccination, and that at least 2 weeks have elapsed since your 1st dose.
• Ages 12 and over: That you have completed the 1st and 2nd dose your vaccination, and that at least 2 weeks have elapsed since your final dose. 

All guests who are age 18 and over are also required to provide a current government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) along with their proof of vaccination or negative test

Following CDC guidance, masks will be required for all patrons regardless of vaccination status

• All guests and their bags are subject to security screenings and/or searches upon arrival at the theater
