Spectators are FREE so bring your friends and family.
Timing is available for the 10k First Trax runners who want to see their speed.

The Beach Bash N' Dash is a gritty, Navy Seal-inspired course on the beaches of Belmar, NJ featuring Tsunami, Blizzard Beach, Sandstorm and Dunes Day obstacle courses. Come for the challenge, stay for beach party; with volleyball, good eats and tasty beverages!

Mud Man X provides killer, 5k obstacle courses inspired by your favorite fierce elements (Earth, Wind, Fire and Water) that test endurance and build strength.

About

MudManX provides intense 5 to 8 km obstacle courses inspired by the elements: Earth, Wind, Fire and Water. Designed with the help of US Special Forces, each course presents challenges through dense muddy pits, fiery trails, icy cold water, extreme winds, and barricades, testing each participant's physical and mental strength. As well as offering an adrenaline-filled event, MudManX also puts on an incredible post-race party with live music, food, drinks, and even a "MiniX" obstacle course for the kids.
