Exchange Policy
At Ausiie Couture we want you to have happy feet! If you feel your order is not right for you, we are happy to accept your custom shoes for an exchange. You can exchange your order for up to 15 days from the delivery date.
In order to request an exchange, your item/s must be in the original condition at the time of purchase and in its original box with tags and accessories attached and must not be worn or used.
Ausiie Couture does not guarantee against natural wear and tear or damage not related to the manufacturer.
Ausiie Couture items at full price or discounted up to 50% off may be exchanged within 15 business days from the day your order arrives at the ship to location.

Once you are approved for an exchange we will send you an email confirmation with a (RA) ReturnAuthorization # and shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Please do not send your item/s back without a RA # and email confirmation.
If your items are returned to Ausiie Couture without a confirmation and RA # the package will be refused and returned to the customer.
