Sarah Gross and Nira Paliwoda are the founders of U.S. Veg Corp and are putting on Arizona Vegetarian Food Festival. Their company puts on fully-vegan events that range from our large-scale vegetarian food festivals in NYC and Arizona to their smaller vegan food competitions, vegan drinks, gatherings, meatless meal nights, and the occasional cruelty-free fashion show or ping pong tournament.
