Some running events can be dull and uninspiring. The Alpine Classic Half-Marathon and 5K is about as breathtaking as it gets, with the course centered at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains in northern Utah. Starting at Timberline Middle School, the half-marathon guides you through Burgess Park and along the outskirts of Creekside Park and Dry Creek as you run or jog your way to the finish line with pristine wilderness as your backdrop. The 5K starts at the same time as the half-marathon but is less strenuous and a great starter race for beginners and experienced runners alike, taking in the beautiful scenery of Alpine with a more streamlined path. Enter the half-marathon and make your way across the finish line to receive not only bragging rights but a finisher's medal, as well as a custom trophy if you finish in the top three!

Utah Run Events presents the Alpine Classic Half-Marathon and 5K, a fun and challenging course through Alpine at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains in northern Utah. Participants of this running event start and finish at Timberline Middle School, with a 400ft climb involved in the half-marathon and a 54ft gain on the 5K. As well as being treated to a scenic view while on the course, overall winners and age group winners are presented with custom trophies.
