Alliance Training Center specializes in Krav Maga for self defense and CrossFit for fitness. Krav Maga is the official system of the Israeli military, and is used by hundreds of law enforcement agencies across the U.S. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness methodology used in nearly 1,700 gyms worldwide and by many fire departments, law enforcement agencies and military units.

Alliance was started by a group of Internationally renowned Krav Maga and CrossFit instructors dedicated to providing practical and functional self defense and fitness training.
