Believe Fitness Studio in El Segundo is offering an incredible high flying deal. 2 fun aerial fitness classes for $30. It's a great introduction to the studio and aerial fitness itself and lets you live out your childhood fantasies of flying and/or running away to the circus. (we had lofty aspirations as kids!). Try your hand at swinging around the studio while getting a total body workout. Sculpt and tone your body while having fun at the same time as you swing from silks, lyra and trapeze. Aerial fitness classes increase flexibility, improve muscle definition and are also a great cardio workout!

Believe Fitness Studio is one of few studios in California that offers this up and coming fitness experience. In a one-hour anti-gravity yoga class, a trained and experienced instructor will lead you through a challenging, fun, and effective workout that incorporates components of dance, Pilates, and calisthenics.
