Merrillville's Tri Town Community Marathon is the perfect warm up in Northwest Indiana for the annual Chicago Marathon. A flat course along the scenic part of town, this marathon event brings the whole community together to get fit and prepare for the marathon season ahead. The Tri Town Community Marathon also donates race proceeds to the local Parks and Recreation Department, as well as the Wounded Warrior Project.
