Trolion, Inc. ("TLI", "we", "us" and "our") is committed to protecting your privacy as a visitor to or registered user ("User") of our web sites www.trolion.com and www.rush49.com, or our Rush49 mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use and share your personal and other information and applies to all Users of our Platform.

What we collect
We may collect the following personal and other information through your use of our Platform:
- Your name
- Your home or working address, email address and phone number
- Your profile information including your preferences and interests
- Your demographic information such as your age, gender, occupation and zip code
- Your browsing, navigation and purchase history
- Your deal sharing and deal forwarding history
- Location-based data collected through your use of the Rush49 mobile application
What we do with the information we gather
We collect and use your personal information to operate and improve our Platform. We require this information to understand your needs and preferences as well as to enable us to provide targeted deals tailored specifically for you. More specifically, we use your information for the following reasons:
- To improve our products and services
- To identify special promotions, offers or other information which we think you may find interesting and useful
- To forward the details of those special promotions, offers or other information to you unless you opt out of receiving those communications
- From time to time, we may use your information to contact you for market research purposes
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, your personal information will be used only by TLI and its subsidiaries and affiliates and your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent. We will never sell your personal information. By accessing your account, you may choose to share your personal information with select TLI partners so that they can contact you about their respective products, services or offers.
We may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited administrative and communication services on our behalf, such as hosting websites, the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, or performing statistical analysis of our services. These companies will be permitted to obtain only such personal information as necessary for them to deliver the service. These companies are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may access and/or disclose personal information about you or your account without your prior consent if we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of TLI (including the enforcement of our agreements); (iii) enforce the User Agreement, which can be accessed at www.trolion.com; (v) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of the Platform as authorized by law; or (vi) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our users or members of the public.
Security
The personal information we collect is securely stored within our database, and we use standard, industry-wide practices such as firewalls, encryption, and (in certain areas) Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply cannot be intercepted while being transmitted to TLI over the Internet. We strongly recommend that you not disclose your password to anyone.
Personal information collected on our Platform may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we have or our affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using our Platform, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. We will protect the privacy and security of your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed or stored.
Rush49 Protects Your Personal, Private Information
If you choose to pay for any purchase or transaction on the Rush49 site using a credit card, those credit card details, with the exception of the last four (4) digits of the card number, are never stored by Rush49 or on Rush49 servers and can never be accessed by Rush49 personnel.
Remember, your credit card details are encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption and are safely stored by Authorize.net (a copy of Authorize.net security policy is available here: http://www.authorize.net/solutions/merchantsolutions/merchantservices/security/) in a secured database on servers housed in a secured data center. Firewalls, virus protection, physical location protection, 24/7 monitoring and other industry-leading data security protocols are all in place to protect both our databases and your encrypted personal information.
...And, Rush49 Gives You 100% Control Over Your Information
You have the ability to review, edit, and delete any payment information. Furthermore, you may, at any time, review, edit any personal account information we have stored on you by logging into your Rush49 account.
Please note, however, that due to compliance with federal laws and fraud prevention, Rush49 is unable to permanently delete your account.
How we use cookies
TLI uses "cookies" to collect non-personal data and information. Cookies are small text files a website or mobile application ("app") uses to recognize
repeat users, and is typically placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the
domain that issued the cookie to you. The way cookies function is by assigning a number to the user that has no meaning outside of the assigning
website or mobile application. Cookies allow websites and apps to respond to you as an individual and tailor its operations to your needs and likes and
dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.
We use cookies and other related technologies to keep track of your usage of our websites and app. This helps us analyze data about page traffic and
improve our products in order to tailor it to your needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed
from the system.
Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website and app, by enabling us to monitor which pages, deals and merchants you find useful and

privacy of any information which you provide while visiting other websites and apps which are not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise
caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website or app in question.
Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
- If you want to be removed from any marketing and promotional lists or emails of TLI, please send us an email at support@trolion.com
- If you have previously agreed to provide your personal information to receive marketing and promotional messages from our select partners, you may change your mind at any time by sending us an email at support@trolion.com
Please note that even if you choose not to receive marketing and promotional email messages, we may still need to contact you with important transactional information related to your account and purchases.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please send us an email at privacy@trolion.com. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the proceeding calendar year.
