According to Rush49 founder and CEO Vamsi “Kumar” Kotla, “this saves time and money for event promoters and other merchants -- no more counting vouchers, taking phone calls from ticket-buyers, or committing extra staff at the box office to exchange vouchers for tickets” Additionally, this integration allows Rush49 to gather more insights on customers from discovery, purchase, and all the way to redemption and use. “These insights will be used to provide the best end to end experience for the customers.
