Pinot Days is the largest gathering of pinot noir producers in the world
The wine is poured by the wine makers and winery owners themselves
With hundreds of pinot noir flights to choose from, you'll follow your palate like a North Star, learning more about your own tastes as well as the wine
Date/Time/Location Saturday January 18th 1-4 P.M. City Winery 155 Varick St New York, NY 10013
Pinot Days have returned to the Big Apple, but this time, they've picked out a smaller, more intimate venue and are limiting public tasting to only 300 participants! That makes the biggest wine tasting event also one of the most exclusive, but don't worry: this pinot noir palate-pleaser is totally sans-snobbery. Thriving on light hearted, unpretentious conversation, tongues of all tastes and experience levels are welcome. You're sure to learn something new from your fellow tasters as well as from the wine makers themselves, who will be there to do the pouring and answer your questions. Deepen your understanding and appreciation of pinot noir, and come away with a happy palate.
The Bay Area Wine Project specializes in all sorts of thematic tastings, but Pinot Days is their cornerstone endeavor. Exclusively featuring pinot noir, wine makers and winery owners do the actual pouring, making sure the conversation is as rich as the tasting. In addition to their regular wine festivals, the Bay Area Wine Project also sponsors smaller tastings, including private parties and corporate events. Wine tasters from all walks are welcome - whether you're a master sommelier or have a brand new palate.
