Dallas is a veteran fitness trainer with 20 years of personal training and fitness experience. The genesis of his career, however, started from being an overweight insecure adolescent coupled with a lower back injury that required physical therapy. At 13, the summer between 6th and 7th grade, he tore through the fitness and nutrition literature and lost 30lbs. This passion led him to start for Belmont University's NCAA Division-I men's soccer team. From there he finished his exercise science degree at the University of Tennessee.
Since graduating, he held a wide variety of healthcare jobs, competed in an Olympic distance triathlon and marathon, which inspired him to start his personal training service in Los Angeles, CA. With scores of certifications from the likes of National Authority of Sports Medicine, Equinox Fitness training, Physical therapy, Bio Nutrition, Dallas draws from his diverse athletic training and nutrition background to pass on the knowledge and training to you.
