This one-of-a-kind gym with a lot of character will definitely get you excited and positively motivated about fitness. If you are completely unfit and flabby, it is not a problem as they are very friendly and will work with you (check out their reviews!). But, if you want to up your fitness to elite level, they are certainly the right people. F5 co-owner Roxy Richardson FDN, ACE CPT, RKC is a former professional Muay Thai fighter, ranked in the top #3 in the world while she competed. She was also the IAMTF Women`s Lightweight Champion. Co-owner Dustin Shaw is a current active Muay Thai fighter and Jiu Jitsu competitor. He`s on a winning streak and continues to train hard and pass on his knowledge to the students.

New clients only. Classes are by reservation only (call or book online for a basics/intro class)
If you are new to Muay Thai you must take at least 2 Basics classes before attending other classes. See current schedule. You must take the Kettlebell intro on Sundays before attending Kettlebell classes. Deal has to be redeemed by taking your first class before Mar. 31, 2013 to avail of the full promotional value. The 3-month period starts from the day you take your first class.
