There are times when we think we're challenging ourselves, and then they are times we realize we actually are. This is the latter. The Bone Frog Challenge is an obstacle course designed and run by actual Navy SEALs. The Bone Frog pays homage to the days before they were SEALs, when they were known as Frogmen. Now you can pay tribute to these brave men by taking on a 5K obstacle course that'll challenge you at every quarter-mile. After you've hulked your way across the finish line, relax with an awesome post-race party: music, a few cold ones (studies prove beer rehydrates!), a great t-shirt, and a medal presented by a former Navy SEAL. If you've ever wanted to prove yourself, now you can do it amongst some of the hardest people in the history of the world.

The Bone Frog Challenge was created by U.S. Navy SEALs to challenge, build and inspire participants to become better athletes and recognize that they can do anything they set their minds to. The course spreads over more than 9 miles and features at least 36 military-style obstacles that tests every participant and leaves no one unscathed. This adrenaline-pumping event promises to get you muddy, beat up and leave you exhausted, but it also promises badass bragging rights at the finish line, and an after-party to remember.
